• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of any entity.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, if applicable, will be disclosed separately in a service agreement, engagement letter, or invoice. All fees are due as specified in the applicable agreement unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable notice.

6. No Investment Advice / Risk Disclosure

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, nothing provided by WTC Capital and Holdings constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any investment or business decisions made based on information provided by the Company are made at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and all investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, financial, or business information disclosed during the course of the relationship, except as required by law or with the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with WTC Capital and Holdings are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTC Capital and Holdings, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
