WTC Capital & Holdings LLC (DBA WTC Estate) is a private capital advisory and transaction coordination firm. We act as a strategic bridge between qualified borrowers and vetted private capital deployers. We structure transactions, connect borrowers with the right funding sources, and source off-market real estate and business acquisition opportunities.

No. We do not lend money and we do not act as licensed brokers. We do not make approval decisions — all approvals are determined by capital deployers. We structure, position, and submit deals on behalf of our clients. All final terms are negotiated directly between principals.

We facilitate access to DSCR loans, bridge financing, hard money loans, SBA loans, working capital, equipment financing, PO and trade finance, construction financing, and private credit placements. Deal sizes range from $10K to $100M+ depending on the product and deal structure.

Through our WTC Estate division, we handle fix & flip acquisitions, multifamily value-add, commercial acquisitions, land development, new construction, portfolio refinancing, off-market wholesale opportunities, and distressed property acquisitions.

We work with real estate investors acquiring or refinancing properties, business owners needing working capital ($50K–$10M+), contractors and operators needing equipment or material funding, developers needing construction or bridge financing, and operators with active projects and clear use of funds. We require working with decision-makers who have authority to execute.

We partner with attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, accountants, and third-party operators. Qualified referrals are eligible to receive up to 20% of WTC's advisory compensation, subject to compliance and engagement terms. Referral partners do not sell securities or funding — they introduce qualified opportunities into our underwriting process. All arrangements are documented via formal agreement.

We target 20–30% ROI on investment properties where market conditions support it. Returns are driven by market analysis, conservative entry pricing, execution discipline, and defined exit strategies. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and all investment involves risk. Licensed professionals must be consulted for legal, tax, and financial decisions.

Timelines vary by product: hard money can close in 5–14 days, working capital in 3–14 days, bridge and DSCR in 14–30 days, SBA in 45–90 days, and construction or private credit in 30–90 days. Speed depends on deal quality, documentation readiness, and capital source alignment.
